Fetch is a specialist pet store from Ocado. It seeks to improve the lives of pet owners through their curated range of specialist pet foods and accessories, paired with invaluable veterinary advice. It's a customer champion, always searching for a better way to add value to its customers.
I was commissioned to refresh the brand with the aim of solidifying the positioning within its existing customer base whilst bringing through the personality
of the brand in a modern and engaging way across the communication channels they use.
